Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account on Posts Finder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated by email.

What the service does

Posts Finder is a private dashboard for discovering, filtering, and exporting publicly available posts and conversation data from supported sources. The product is provided in beta; features, integrations, limits, and pricing may change.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your password and any connected platform tokens confidential, and for all activity performed under your account. Notify us immediately at support@postsfinder.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes, including sending unsolicited commercial messages that violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or non-public data from the service itself.
• Use exported data in ways that violate the originating platform's terms of service or any applicable privacy or anti-discrimination law.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the dashboard or exported data in bulk without written permission.

Connected platforms

If you connect a Twitter/X or LinkedIn account, you authorize us to make API calls to those platforms on your behalf using the credentials you provide. You can revoke this authorization at any time from /app/accounts. You are responsible for complying with each connected platform's developer terms.

Data exports

Exports are provided for your internal research, sales, marketing, or operational use. The third-party content surfaced in the dashboard remains owned by its respective publishers; we make no claim to it.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data sources will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Posts Finder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account privacy page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination your account row and connected tokens are deleted; see the Privacy Policy for details on retention.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Posts Finder is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
